Crystallization occurs naturally over time with all-natural honey and does not affect its quality. To return your Sparkle & Honey to a liquid state, gently warm it to 95 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring the temperature does not exceed 110 degrees Fahrenheit, and stir to recombine. This process will restore its smooth texture without compromising its magical sparkle.

🥒 1 large cucumber, peeled & chopped
🌿 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
🍋 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2–3 limes)

Miso-Honey Chicken & Charred Asparagus
What you’ll need:

• 3 tbsp white miso
• 3 tbsp Sparkle & Honey
• 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
• 2 tsp garlic, grated
• 2 tsp chili garlic sauce (or your favorite heat)
• 1 tbsp + 2 tsp neutral oil
• 1½–2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
• 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
• Salt, pepper
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• Cooked rice (optional)

How to:

1. Whisk together miso, honey, soy, vinegar, ginger, garlic, hot sauce, 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp water. Save half for later.
2. Marinate chicken with the other half for up to 30 min in the fridge.
3. Broil chicken + asparagus (drizzled with oil + seasoned) on a foil-lined sheet for about 10 min.
4. Serve with scallions, the reserved marinade, and rice if you like.
